About The Position

This is a full-time, salaried position that offers incredible benefits. The Quality Supervisor will assist the Quality Manager to assure Quality and Food Safety standards meet company standards and government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Food Science or related field
• Experience working in a similar role
• Must be willing to work OT, nights and weekends as needed
• Must be highly motivated and have strong people skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Quality department which includes: laboratory and Quality line functions
• Assist in implementing BRC program, and participate as an active member of the HACCP team
• Formulate BRC and HACCP programs, as well as schedule liquid and Qwik Stik batching
• Manage, direct and communicate to employees required goals
• Perform BRC required audits and assist the Audit process for Plant GMP's
• Direct and implement Quality programs
• Spearhead the technical side of product development with flavor houses
• Direct Quality inspectors
• Adhere and direct employees to follow all Safety practices set for by OSHA
• Adhere and direct employees to follow HACCP Food Defense plan
• Adhere and direct employees to follow all Good Manufacture Practice as set in KPFG's GMP plan
