Quality Control Staff act as a liaison between all Fenway Park departments (Event Operations, Security, Medical, Fan Services, Aramark, Ticket Office, Facilities, etc.) The Quality Control team is responsible for the pre-game ballpark inspection, as well as in game walkthroughs of Fenway Park. Members of Quality Control operate the Event Operations dispatch radio, log concerns and complaints and connect with other ballpark departments to solve any problems that arise. Please note that before the start of the 2026 season, you will be responsible for attending and completing our New Hire, All Staff and TEAM Trainings prior to your first day of work. The hourly rate for this role is $16.50.
