About The Position
ISN Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate to ensure timely completion of monthly and quarterly mortgage servicing audits. The role involves communicating accurate, concise, and constructive exception details to Production managers and staff, assisting with creating and implementing QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work, and analyzing individual loan files to determine compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Agency guidelines, and company procedures. The candidate will also validate data integrity of loans in servicing systems, identify red flags within loan files, and respond promptly to staff and management as a subject matter expert for the assigned scope. Additional duties may be required as needed.
