In short, a Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily. Quality Control objectives are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business. In long, you will: Ability to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback. Identify trends of behavior and work to provide solutions. Confidently and effectively communicate to their leadership, both verbally and in writing. Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed documents and reports. Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills. Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to collaborate with peers. Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement. Adaptable and flexible to change. Performs other related duties as assigned.
