Maintains sample retain library of product batches covering approximately 2 years of production. Monitors samples and reports findings of relative product clarity and stability. Prepares, administers, and analyzes sensory evaluation of in-process sampling . Perform data entry functions for all QC databases and reporting. Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities: General Support: ● Engage in food safety and quality culture through support and participation of SQF activities ● Provide resources for continuous improvement of Food Safety and Quality system ● Perform as backup for any Food Safety or Quality role as listed on Food Safety and Quality Control Org Chart
