About The Position

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a meticulous and detail -oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that all 3D -printed components and parts meet design specifications, performance standards, and company quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in additive manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies is a plus.
• Proficient with inspection tools and quality documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect 3D -printed parts and assemblies for dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and visual quality.
• Perform measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Compare production output against technical drawings and design files.
• Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of quality control procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
