About The Position

Job Purpose As a Quality Control Specialist at GOOD EARTH MARKETS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate pricing, product quality, and overall store presentation, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality in work attendance.
• Strong desire to help customers achieve optimum health of body and mind through excellent service.
• Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Capability to ensure accurate pricing and tag integrity.
• Proficiency in reviewing product expiration dates and completing product facing, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
• Competence in performing light janitorial tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong desire to be a part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Experience with quality control processes and procedures is a plus.
• Dynamic individual with a great attitude, willingness to learn and an openness to accepting feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate pricing on the shelf and maintain overall tag integrity.
• Review product expiration dates to ensure freshness and compliance.
• Complete product facing, stocking, and cleaning to maintain store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform light janitorial tasks daily to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
