About The Position
The Quality Control Inspection Specialist will ensure all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification and manufacturing documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Good working knowledge of inspection method for home manufactuing
- Familiar with usage inspection equipment
- Ability to communicate effective in oral and written formats
Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturing documentation for all assembly, testing and inspection steps were performed in accordance to specification
- Coordinate repairs and/or questions regarding discrepancies
- Coordinate incoming inspections on general material and perform outgoing material inspections when needed
- Complete record of inspection results, acceptance, rejection and disposition.
- Enter basis data into computer databases/logs
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections at sub-assembly and final assembly levels, using drawings/specifications and general quality control standards
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications
