About The Position
Food Safety - Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for guaranteeing the quality and food safety of our products and services. An internship provides overview of role and responsibilities of a Food Safety -Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities
- Verify employees follow all plant GMP's.
- Special project in gathering product information and writing product specifications.
- Verify product specifications and food safety standards
- Communicate with line operators and supervisors on quality and food safety standards during production.
- Perform any laboratory work or product inspections required
- Conduct Daily SSOP, HACCP, GMP, and SQF monitoring activities
- Special project in gathering product information and writing label approvals.
- Perform product and label inspections
- Able to complete quality or food safety investigations and complete appropriate documentation
