WSP Field Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to serve in the Quality Control Production Analyst role, supporting our contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Quality Control Production Analyst is primarily responsible for monitoring and analysis of quality control inspector performance and to assign assessments to QC inspectors with the goal of meeting FEMA’s task order QC production requirements. The Quality Control Analyst will work in harmony with a team of production analysts and will report directly to Production Management. The Quality Control Production Analyst assists in the evaluation of the inspectors’ field performance. When not active in disaster deployment work, the Quality Control Production Analyst fulfills various planning, administrative, training and staff functions. Must be flexible to a dynamic schedule that often includes long hours, weekends, potential remote work and 24-hour operations. This position is full-time involving periodic overtime with little to no notice.
