About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team at Pax River Naval Air Station. The successful candidate will oversee a 7,000 square foot ground-up building project, including the completion of exterior facades and the transition to full interior fit-out. This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, reviewing the scope of work, and upholding quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in quality control management in construction projects.
• QCM certification and OSHA30 certification.
• 5-8 years of previous federal construction experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• ARMY CORP QCM certification is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the construction project.
• Review the scope of work and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Report on project progress during meetings.
• Maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
