In this role, you’ll translate complex engineering tolerances into clear, manufacturable requirements—ensuring that every component is built to meet our quality standards. You’ll play a critical role early in the product development cycle, guiding teams on how to design quality into every part from day one. This is a handsâon, highly collaborative position where your expertise will directly influence product reliability, manufacturability, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutionsâdriven professional who can balance longâterm improvement initiatives with dayâtoâday problem solving. Success in this role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of continuous improvement and iterative design.
