We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager who would be a key member of the site leadership team responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured at the site comply with all applicable company, customer and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and participating in events to identify and resolve quality issues. The Quality Manager’s goal is to ensure optimal product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing waste and production costs. This position will provide leadership and direction; establish current and long-range objectives and set operating plans for their area of responsibility – to fulfill near term goals and commitments, while building towards sustainable manufacturing excellence. It is the responsibility of this position to motivate and lead their team according to company policies to achieve business objectives that will have a major impact on the success of the organization.
