Summary: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing delivery and logistics quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between Haulers, Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, the Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams. This role ensures operational compliance through regular on-site presence, vendor relationship management, and oversight of hauler recruitment, processing, and performance. The Quality Control Manager monitors shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims to ensure timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role maintains monthly operational reports, analyzes performance metrics and customer service scores, and applies strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
