About The Position
Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Quality Control Manager independently monitors and enforces compliance with all performance, sanitation, and quality standards under the dietary services contract.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a quality assurance role in food service or healthcare
- Experience with HACCP, CMS, and IHS quality standards
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Conduct internal inspections and audits of dietary services
- Monitor and document compliance with HACCP and FDA Food Code standards
- Submit monthly Quality Status Reports (QSRs) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
