SLS Federal Services is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to support NAVFAC Design-Build construction projects in Hawaii. The QC Manager serves as the designated, independent authority responsible for implementation of the Contract Quality Control (CQC) Program, ensuring all work conforms strictly to the contract documents, UFGS requirements, approved submittals, and NAVFAC quality standards. The QC Manager reports directly to the Project Manager and operates independently of construction forces, with authority to identify non-conforming work, require corrective actions, and recommend suspension of work when quality deficiencies are identified. The QC Manager interfaces directly with NAVFAC ROICC representatives, Government Quality Assurance (QA) personnel, third-party testing agencies, and the Design-Build team. The Quality Control Manager is a critical Key Personnel position responsible for ensuring contract compliance and delivering a high-quality product to the Government. Success in this role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented professional with strong federal construction experience and the ability to operate independently within a NAVFAC Design-Build environment.
