The Quality Control Manager (QCM) ensures projects meet all quality and compliance standards. They lead quality control activities, perform inspections, and implement corrective actions when needed. With expertise in federal construction regulations and safety, the QCM maintains a robust quality management system, addressing issues and ensuring top-notch outcomes. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality projects and driving successful project completion. Requirements

  • OSHA 30 hour
  • USACE CQM Certification
  • Experience with Procore and RMS
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
  • Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects, following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
  • Certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities.
  • Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and minimize recurring issues.
