Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Quality Control Manager will provide leadership and direction to the inventory and Customer Service team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Quality Control Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of client relations with a focus on reducing shrink, improving compliance, and optimizing systems. The manager will oversee all aspects of inventory control, including audits, variance analysis, system utilization, and staff development, while building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
