About The Position
The Quality Control Laboratory Technician will perform analytical tests and generate reports to support production, raw material, and product release, product development, and stability, ensuring compliance with procedural and cGMP requirements. The role involves operating laboratory instruments, conducting system suitability checks, performing calibrations, and carrying out maintenance tasks. The technician will manage lab supplies, reagents, and standards, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities also include creating and issuing batch records, writing Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, and generating Certificates of Analysis (CoA). The technician will assist in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and Deviations, review and control QC data, and execute stability studies. Additional support tasks may be assigned, and the technician is expected to work independently with minimal supervision from Quality personnel.
