About The Position

Are you ready to put your technical skills to work in a role where you directly impact product quality and safety? As a QC Lab Technician, you’ll perform in-process and final product testing—such as titrations, chromatography, pH, viscosity, and infrared analysis—while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance. You’ll also troubleshoot equipment, report data in SAP, and help maintain lab organization and safety. We’re seeking candidates with a technical degree (or equivalent lab/manufacturing experience) who are detail-oriented problem solvers and strong team players. This role requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts and occasional overtime. Preferred candidates will bring experience in gas chromatography, industrial laboratory testing, or silicone product knowledge—but we’re ready to train motivated individuals eager to grow their skills. Please note that this role requires onsite presence. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Starting wage is $33.63/hr with benefits beginning your first day of employment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field OR equivalent laboratory/manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to perform required testing independently, interpret results, and troubleshoot test or instrument issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, overtime, and provide coverage when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field and 2+ years of industrial laboratory experience.
  • Experience with Gas Chromatography in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of silicone products and processes.
  • SAP experience.
  • Prior laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic in-process and final testing, such as titrations, pH, viscosity, flash point, turbidity, specific gravity, solids analysis, liquid and gas chromatography, infrared analysis, etc.
  • Administrative data entry, such as reporting of results and disposition of material in SAP.
  • Restocks supplies, handles waste management, and inspects showers and eye wash stations.
  • Manages retains and cleans lab ware.
  • Perform routine equipment troubleshooting and calibrations.
  • Must be willing to be a First Responder and work rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
