About The Position

Responsible for performing and ensuring the testing of in-process material and final product is in accordance with 9CFR, USDA outlines of Production and Cambridge SOP’s, to facilitate timely release of in-process materials and final product. Responsible for maintaining accurate disposition of all in-process samples, final product samples, and including reserve samples. Communicates regularly with QA department, manufacturing, and customer service departments to achieve on-time delivery of Quality Vaccine to our customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience of 3+ years working in a Quality position in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Vaccine products/industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensures USDA regulatory compliance regarding testing and related information.
Performs accurate and proper testing and reporting.
Animal handling, husbandry and perform USDA animal safety procedures.
Data collection/management such as spread sheets collecting test/product information.
Maintains accurate and up to date test records and supporting information.

Assist in implementing new test methods.
Supports QA department in compliance efforts.
