About The Position

This position is responsible for providing order accuracy, checks all transactions including all product issues, duplicate orders, receiving transactions and inventory counts along with cycle counts. This position will also work closely with the Materials team as well with customers to provide suggestions and improvement action plans. They must be able to perform their assigned duties in a pressure-filled environment with appropriate prioritization of incoming requests. Supervises daily activities and verifies accuracy of computerized inventory records. Monitors and adjusts inventory as required with current inventory software and Microsoft applications. Works with management to develop and implement new procedures to streamline process and identify inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and one (1) year experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse environment or related field.
  • OR Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and three (3) years experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse environment or related field.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, web searches, and materials databases/supply chain applications.
