We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards in regulated manufacturing. What You'll Do As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in protecting product quality and supporting manufacturing excellence. Key responsibilities include: Inspection & Quality Verification Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision-machined components Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and microscopes Verify components meet engineering drawings, inspection instructions, and customer requirements Documentation & Compliance Document inspection results according to customer and regulatory standards Maintain Device History Records (DHR) and ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Identify, document, and process non-conforming materials Quality Systems & Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues Support gauge kitting for manufacturing job setups Maintain inspection records and quality data in company systems Regulatory Standards Perform work in accordance with FDA, QSR, and GMP regulations Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who enjoys precision work and takes pride in getting the details right.
