About The Position

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting materials and finished products, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement to maintain high-quality output.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming products
• Perform visual and basic measurement inspections using standard tools
• Follow quality control procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
• Communicate quality issues with supervisors and production teams
• Assist with audits and quality checks as needed
• Follow all safety and company policies
