This position requires the ability to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to support the decisions and dispositions on issues that may arise from the overall inspection of components and finished products. Responsibilities include collaboration with initiating NCPs, coordination and review of SSFs, participation in the ECN review process, work directly with Lead QC and QC Supervisor for continuous improvement processes and actively participating in ongoing training programs to continuously enhance skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience with Quality Control Inspections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of basic inspection tools
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and suggests/participates in the decision making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs.
  • Successful completion of training and experience as a QC Inspector I at AVITA.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex QC inspection tasks with a higher degree of precision including analytical documentation submissions and review.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues independently.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement via ECN.
  • Ability to prioritize the workflow within the guidance of the Lead QC Inspector or QC supervisor.
  • Initiates NCPs and participates in the investigation and disposition.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
