Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing or machining environment
- Experience performing final inspections on precision machined components required
- Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards strongly preferred
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of precision machined components and assemblies prior to shipment
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
- Determine and apply appropriate inspection methods to ensure parts meet specifications
- Document inspection results and complete required reports and paperwork
- Communicate quality concerns with production, engineering, and quality teams in real time
- Maintain safe operations by following company procedures and safety standards
