About The Position

The Quality Control Engineer supports all facets of MSR-FSR’s precision parts cleaning and refurbishment business unit that includes managing site failure analysis, monitoring Process Control System’s (PCS) quality metrics and driving continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Must have CNC-CMM programming experience.
5-10 year’s related experience in the high technology manufacturing field, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry.
Knowledge/experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) – Control charts, trend rules, when to revise control limits, definition of stability, process capability (CPK).
Knowledge/experience with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) – Gauge repeatability and reproducibility.
Work in direct conjunction with the Director of Quality to ensure all aspects of the Quality Management System are met on an ongoing basis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel, Power- point and Word.
In-depth mathematical knowledge is a must with familiarity of converting factors and units of measure (standard and metric).
Be self-directed, adaptable and maintain a positive attitude in response to workplace change.
Excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of blueprints and the symbols used on them.
