Requirements

• Proven problem-solving ability with a track record of measurable results
• Experience identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to present data and results clearly to leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

• CNC programming/operation experience is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification or strong Lean manufacturing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of CAD systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safe work practices, correcting unsafe behaviors and supporting a work environment focused on injury prevention.
• Act as a change agent by implementing process controls to detect and correct deviations early, reducing rework and field-reported issues. Perform quality audits as required.
• Support team development through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that support accurate, complete, and on-time shipment of products to meet customer expectations.
• Lead improvement efforts focused on reducing labor inefficiencies, minimizing material scrap, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Support and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.
