About The Position
Responsible for the review of First Article inspection reports from the Net inspect system as per AS9102 Aero space standards. Create any rejection reports and supplier feedback. Minumum 6+ years of experience in FAIR with Net inspect software usage or similar. Experience in creating Forms #1,2 and 3 (Customize if required to meet project requirements). Knowledge in non-conformance process. Experience in creation of a Ballooned drawing which links engineering features to the appropriate entry on the FAI form. Add instructions/remarks for inspection. Prepare and maintain applicable FAI Metrics. Perform FAI Reviews in Net-inspect Experience in Blue print reading Experience in all MS tools like Word, excel and PowerPoint presentation. Must be a fluent in English speaking and writing Experience in Machining and assembly process for Hydraulic and pneumatic parts . US Citizen / Green Card Holder
