Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Metrology concepts including Blueprint layout & GD&T.
  • Functional Knowledge Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product entering operations or inventory meets all design requirements by confirming dimensional characteristics, visual/cosmetic attributes, functional operation and supporting documentation review.
  • Support basic manual (surface plate and visual) inspection of parts and packaging.

  • Compare measurement outputs against design requirements and determines pass/fail).
  • Maintains inspection tooling and equipment to ensure results reliability and repeatability.
  • Conduct basic CMM part setup and probe calibration.
