First Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) Summary We are seeking a highly skilled individual that has experience with document control systems with specific knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015. This role will play a crucial part in the migration of site documents into a single source document control system. It will also have a large part in our journey to become ISO 9001 Certified across our Centralia, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona sites.

Requirements

• Two years of technical documentation experience is required and 5 years in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, measuring and documenting quality concerns, corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Experience with quality control processes and measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 Certification, the Quality Management System and Document Control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through accurate record keeping.
• Conduct document control auditing.
• Collaborate between multiple departments to develop and document processes accurately.
• Assist with documentation of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Customer Complaint interface in Salesforce.
• Assist in data analysis for internal and external defects and Root Cause Analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay Transparency
• nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
• Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
• Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
