About The Position

The Quality Control / Dimensional Inspector is responsible for ensuring that fabricated materials meet specified standards and specifications through dimensional inspections. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background in Steel Industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand shop drawings and read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection of shop fabrication and final paint inspections.
• Ensure fabricated materials conform to shop drawings, shop standards, and specifications.
• Record and maintain in-process and final inspection records for quality assurance and production control in a timely manner.
