Our company is seeking a QC Clerk who is responsible for inspecting and sampling production at various stages to ensure products meet SG360°’s quality standards and customer specifications. This role supports quality control efforts by maintaining records, preparing samples, and assisting with shipment processing. This position is 2nd shift, 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or defects in printed materials.
• Ability to follow visual and written instructions, including quality standards and sample comparisons.
• Good organizational skills to manage samples and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality teams.
• Artistic ability or a strong visual sense is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of basic printing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process and completed orders to verify proper construction, specifications, and overall quality.
• Sort and prepare customer samples for shipment according to guidelines.
• Process outbound FedEx shipments promptly and accurately.
• Manage and maintain organized files of quality press pulls for reference and compliance.
• Compare finished products against approved samples to identify any errors or defects.
• Support other quality-related duties as assigned.
