Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or equivalent laboratory experience
  • Knowledge of wet chemistry, instrumental analyses, lab safety, and solution preparation
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GC, HPLC, IR, Karl Fischer, or micro lab techniques preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process, final product, and raw material analyses
  • Certify products for shipment and maintain accurate laboratory records
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and QC colleagues to optimize processes
  • Participate in process improvements, investigations, and quality initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, EFfCI, GMP, RSPO, and HSSE standards
  • Operate SAP and other lab systems to track data, generate certificates, and manage inventories
  • Follow lab safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards
