Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or equivalent laboratory experience
- Knowledge of wet chemistry, instrumental analyses, lab safety, and solution preparation
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with GC, HPLC, IR, Karl Fischer, or micro lab techniques preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, final product, and raw material analyses
- Certify products for shipment and maintain accurate laboratory records
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and QC colleagues to optimize processes
- Participate in process improvements, investigations, and quality initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, EFfCI, GMP, RSPO, and HSSE standards
- Operate SAP and other lab systems to track data, generate certificates, and manage inventories
- Follow lab safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards
