About the Role As a Quality Control Binder, you’ll be responsible for reviewing transcripts, verifying exhibits, and assembling final job materials for shipment. You’ll ensure all work is accurate, complete, and meets regional and client-specific requirements while maintaining strict deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in a production or office environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and responsive to direction
Responsibilities
- Review transcripts to ensure accuracy and compliance with job and regional requirements
- Verify exhibits are complete, accurate, and properly included or held as required
- Label and bind CD-ROMs and transcripts according to specifications
- Assemble, bind, and finalize transcript packages for delivery
- Perform final quality control checks and seal completed jobs
- Package completed jobs neatly and transfer them to the shipping station
- Research and resolve discrepancies using internal systems
- Support other production functions and assist with cross-training as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the production workspace
