About the Role As a Quality Control Binder, you’ll be responsible for reviewing transcripts, verifying exhibits, and assembling final job materials for shipment. You’ll ensure all work is accurate, complete, and meets regional and client-specific requirements while maintaining strict deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a production or office environment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and responsive to direction

Responsibilities

  • Review transcripts to ensure accuracy and compliance with job and regional requirements
  • Verify exhibits are complete, accurate, and properly included or held as required
  • Label and bind CD-ROMs and transcripts according to specifications
  • Assemble, bind, and finalize transcript packages for delivery
  • Perform final quality control checks and seal completed jobs
  • Package completed jobs neatly and transfer them to the shipping station
  • Research and resolve discrepancies using internal systems
  • Support other production functions and assist with cross-training as needed
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the production workspace
