About The Position
As a Quality Control Associate at LS Enterprise Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of mobile devices through various testing and assessment processes. This position is based in Owings Mills, Maryland, and is ideal for individuals who are self-starters and motivated to work in a supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting phone testing and assessments, which involve evaluating the performance and functionality of mobile devices. You will also be responsible for data wiping, ensuring that all personal information is securely erased from devices before they are recycled or resold. Flashing devices to install or update software, as well as unlocking devices for use on different networks, will also be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will manage inventory, keeping track of devices and ensuring that all quality control processes are documented and adhered to. LS Enterprise Group LLC is an R2 Certified Recycler, adhering to the highest standards of environmental responsibility and safety in the recycling process.
