The Corporate Quality Control & Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) while leading complex pricing strategy and proposal development for U.S. Government and commercial construction projects. This position serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, exercising independent judgment in quality oversight, pricing strategy, subcontractor evaluation, proposal negotiation, and business decision support. The role ensures contract compliance, cost competitiveness, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery of high-quality services across projects. Responsibilities include the following.
