About The Position

Temp Quality Assistant assists Provider Service Manager in planning training and professional development. Facilitates night and weekend trainings onsite, enters data, produces rosters, and certificates.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of office or related experience
• Must have valid DL and be able to travel around community as needed
• Hours are flexible, this is a part time position UP TO 30 hours per week, max 6 hours per day
• office hours are 8am-4pm
• Must be available to facilitate trainings at either 6p-8:30 during week OR weekend 7:30am-3pm - this happens once per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promotion of training sessions
• Verify eligibility for CPR/First Aide training participation
• Collect, compile, and enter all provider and training data into Data Tracking Program
• Facilitate training as needed.
• Prepare training room facilities, create rosters, nametags, and certifications for training sessions
• Assist with sending out mass mailing
• Compile statistics required by IDHS and prepare required reports
