About The Position

"Coordinates with the suppliers and the internal stakeholders to qualify products and the process and ensure compliance with the organization's requirements. Your main tasks Implement, Maintain and develop the Quality Management system according to applicable standards Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system with respect to applicable standards Define and maintain QMS documentation (Procedures, Form...) Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures Implement, maintain (including reporting changes) and improve Business Operating System in his/her area of intervention, as well as in interaction with other areas Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy Strive for continuous improvement of processes towards customer satisfaction Have the authority to stop Shipment and production in case of quality issue Have the authority to escalate any risk impacting the QMS conformity Lead preparation and execution of External certification audits Define and follow action plan of internal / external audits Execute and monitor internal audits and escalate any related issue that can impact the QMS effectiveness Coordinate the implementation of specific customer requirements into QMS and its processes. Support for production in case of internal PPM reduction, COPQ reduction etc. Support in case of complaint - presentation of root cause, corrective actions Presentation of QMS during customer audit Member of the team for preparation or update of P-FMEA Business trip to the customer or other TE plants, if needed Methodical support for LI and production in case of quality issue Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals

Requirements

  • Master's degree in industrial Engineering, Quality or similar field
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Certified Internal Auditor in accordance with ISO 19011
  • Proficient in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  • Familiar with VDA 6.3 assessment methodology
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to enhance team collaboration and engagement
  • Effective and professional communication skills
