About The Position

We are hiring Quality Control Analysts (Spanish) to support our USCIS contract. These analysts will monitor and evaluate the accuracy and compliance of Spanish interpretation and translation services, ensuring adherence to USCIS standards and ISO quality frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Spanish, Translation/Interpretation, or related field (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (native or near-native proficiency required).
• 2+ years of quality assurance or interpreting/translation experience (immigration, legal, or federal contracts preferred).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 17100 quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review Spanish-language interpretation and translation assignments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct quality audits on Spanish linguists’ performance (OPI, VRI, ASL support, and document translation).
• Verify consistency with USCIS glossaries, terminology, and style guides.
• Track and document Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
• Provide feedback to linguists and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the QC & Security Manager (FSO) to prepare audit reports for COR.
• Assist in developing quality metrics and continuous improvement plans.
