As Quality Conformance Coordinator or QCC at Mars, you will collaborate with the operators in the value stream on root cause analysis and escalates to support departments or areas as required, use existing procedures to solve standard problems, analyze information and standard practices to make judgements and recommendations. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 plus years of demonstrated success in manufacturing/quality experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Key interface between R&D related activities and the value stream, including communication of value stream initiatives to site R&D community
• Accountability for managing an effective corrective/preventive plan, including verification of effective implementation
• Quality lead in value stream routine management meetings and quality reviews
