Requirements

Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems required
4+ years of professional experience
Hands-on experience working with processes, systems, or compliance-driven environments (e.g., manufacturing, quality, IT systems, or regulated industries)
Strong understanding of process improvement and system-based thinking
Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and document findings clearly
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 required; ISO 27001, AS9100, or ISO 13485 a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred, not required
Additional certifications (ISO 27001, AS9100, ISO 13485) are a plus
Direct experience supporting or maintaining ISO 9001 systems
Experience participating in or supporting internal audits
Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, or similar information security frameworks
Individuals who have built, managed, or improved operational or technical systems
Backgrounds in manufacturing, IT systems, quality, or compliance
Comfortable working with both documentation and real-world processes
Naturally detail-oriented and proactive problem solvers
Interested in growing into deeper knowledge of ISO standards and auditing

Responsibilities

Conduct Internal Audits : Support lead consultants by performing internal audits for both initial implementations and ongoing client support.
Assess & Document Compliance : Review client documentation, evaluate management systems, and conduct audits to prepare clients for certification audits.
Support ISO Implementations : Assist in developing, refining, and improving client processes aligned with ISO standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and client outcomes.
