Position Overview: Eaton B-Line is seeking a fall Co-op for participation in its Quality & Engineering Program. In addition, the Co-op involves hands-on documenting plant processes flow, coordination of meetings with process owners and support functions to determine risks and document existing controls (pFMEA and Control Plans). Expected interaction with all the positions in the manufacturing facility. Progress of assigned projects and tasks will be tracked throughout, and the intern will have the opportunity to present accomplishments at the end of the Co-op. This Co-op is anticipated to being in May 2026. The Co-op will gain experience in: • Different manufacturing processes. • Handle communication and interact at different levels of the organization. • Learn the culture and business model of a company with operations worldwide. • Experience the challenges of a manufacturing facility.
