About the role: The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing audits of processes, documentation, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements. This role helps identify issues, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in quality systems. The position will be fully on-site and located at our new Mesa, AZ facility. Expected Start Date: Mid December.

  • Conduct internal audits of production, warehouse, and quality processes.
  • Review documentation, batch records, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Inspect finished products and packaging to verify quality standards.
  • Identify and report non-conformances or deviations.
  • Work with QA, QC, and Production teams to correct and prevent issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized audit records.
  • Assist in training employees on quality and compliance standards.
  • Support regulatory inspections and customer audits as needed.
  • Ensure all work follows GMP, SOP, and company safety rules.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in production/warehouse environments.
