About The Position

The Quality Auditor will serve as the main quality representative on the production floor, responsible for collecting measurement data, validating gages and equipment, and performing product and process audits. This role involves daily inspections, measurements, and data collection according to established inspection sheets, as well as conducting daily audits based on checklists. The Quality Auditor will react to potential out-of-specification, incorrect, or out-of-control items by notifying Supervisors, the Quality Engineer, and the Quality Manager. Additionally, they will place such items on hold or move them to quarantine as necessary. Participation in root cause analysis and corrective action activities is expected, along with identifying and documenting supplier component issues for communication with suppliers. The Quality Auditor will also engage in continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), and ISO 14001 certification. In cases of safety-related matters requiring immediate repair, the Quality Auditor has the authority to stop production after notifying the Supervisor and Plant Manager. Ensuring the quality of incoming materials to the plant meets the required standards is also a key responsibility.
