Performs a documented examination and verification of 1% of all logistics center (LC) job tasks/functions each day (receiving, put-away, picking, and packing). Audits would focus on quality standards documented by the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Records their findings into the LC Audit database, and communicates them to LC management. Works also with the onsite Training Specialist to determine the root cause of the findings, and assists in developing a training plan to correct, where applicable.
