Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Inspect incoming raw materials to verify they meet quality standards and specifications Conduct in-process and final inspections of coated materials for defects, surface finish, color, thickness, and other quality attributes Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality criteria Set up and calibrate testing and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy Monitor production processes, such as coating and printing applications, speed, and temperature, to maintain quality Conduct workstation audits and equipment inspections for proper operation and cleanliness Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and product data Document any defects, issues, or non-conformance identified during the quality control process Prepare detailed reports for management and engineering teams on quality performance Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Ensure that all production activities and quality control procedures comply with safety and cleanliness standards Participate in shift-start and shift-end Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities including cleaning and inspection of process equipment Other duties may be assigned by Supervisor or Engineering Team members concerning issues that affect the performance or quality of the line. Additional Responsibilities: Good communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues Wear proper PPE when and where required
