About The Position

Your responsibilities will include identifying defects, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), and segregating non-conforming materials to uphold our commitment to delivering flawless products to our customers. You'll play a critical part in maintaining our quality standards by conducting special audits, handling supplier quality checks, and participating in documentation processes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to interpret setup sheets, SOPs, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and pass color tests as required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Forklift experience is beneficial; willingness to operate machinery.
  • Flexibility with shift work and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and collaboration tools.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to handle a broad scope of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and customer specifications.
  • Identify and segregate defective materials; complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
  • Participate in special audits and supplier quality checks.
  • Perform secondary inspections based on customer complaints.
  • Operate necessary equipment to handle and evaluate materials and conduct both automated and manual inspections.
  • Collaborate with various departments to communicate quality issues and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in all required systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
