About The Position

The Administrator/Quality Auditor at Aircraft Inspection & Management, LLC (AIM) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and compliance of the company's operations. This role involves overseeing training, auditing maintenance paperwork, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, playing a pivotal role in the Quality Department.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using industry-related computer systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel as necessary.

  • Prior experience in quality auditing and maintenance documentation within the aviation sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FAA and EASA standards.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the training and onboarding of new employees, covering policies, procedures, practical skills, and equipment operation.
  • Maintain accurate training records and schedule future training sessions.
  • Perform needs assessments, track individual progress, evaluate training courses, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Audit maintenance paperwork to ensure accuracy in technical aspects and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain organized files of all maintenance-related documentation.
  • Conduct both desktop and on-site internal and external audits.
  • Prepare for and manage audits conducted by regulatory authorities such as the FAA and EASA.
  • Collaborate closely with floor technicians to ensure accurate documentation and address queries swiftly.
  • Develop and update safety policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
  • Administer all aspects of DOT/CDL driver management, including titling, registration, driver records, medical exams, and quarterly IFTA submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable drug and alcohol regulations.
  • Coordinate the titling and registration of vehicles and aircraft.
