About The Position
LB Manufacturing, LLC, an automotive supplier located in Springfield, KY, is seeking to hire a Quality Technician for the first shift, which runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously. This role requires familiarity with computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a basic understanding of measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and force gauges. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications, which involves making decisions based on facts and data. Additionally, the ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions is essential for this position. A background in automotive quality is preferred, as it will aid in understanding the specific requirements of the industry.
